Is there a deposit?Yes, we do require a deposit. You will not have to pay the full price upfront, but because of the nature of the business we do require a deposit that is 20%-40% of the total price (percentage dependent on nature of project). We do this because we can't spend x amount of time on a project and then have a customer drop our service. Also, since you are making a commitment it allows us to approach your project with confidence, knowing you are as serious as we are.
When is my project start date?The project start date will be consider the date that we have received all information you and us have deemed necessary for the completion of a stellar product.
How long will my project take?It is impossible to tell how long a project will take until we have all the information about a certain project. Rest assured we will complete all projects in a timely manner.
What if I don't like the end product?We include revision in all of our graphic design products. This allows each customer to provide us with feedback that will get them the end product they desire.
How many design concepts do I get?This depends on which product you purchase. Although in certain cases additional design concepts can be purchased at a percentage rate.
What if I want additional revisions?Additional revisions will be charged by the hour. This will be estimated according to previous work on said project.
Do your prices include printing?Our prices do not include printing except where denoted.
Do you offer printing?We do offer printing solutions, but prices vary upon project. Call one of our sales representatives to find out pricing schedules.
Who owns the end product?Once full payment is received you own the end product. You will own the copyright, and this will be stated in a contract that will be signed upon payment and delivery of end product. However, we do reserve the right to reference your product in our portfolio.
How do I attain a copyrights/trademark?We provide copyrights to all of the end products and we offer trade marking services.
What is a copyright?Copyrights deal expressly with images. The copyright is held by the creator of the image until legally signed over to a third party.
What is a trademark?A trademark deals with words or names only, not images. Trademarks must be applied for through the appropriate government agencies.
What is a Liquid Squid?Liquid= graceful; smooth; free and unconstricted
Squid= an aqueous marine animal that uses ink as its defense mechanism; capable of adapting and surviving in varying conditions.
How much information should I give the designers?The more the better!
